Adopt the Right to Education Bill 2005 with suggested
amendments, and allocate 6% of the GDP to
Education
Allocate 3% of the GDP to Health and the effectively
implement the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM).
Ensure the rigorous implementation of the NREGA,
and involve the local elected bodies in the same
