Once they purchase the property they are able to live in the country immediately with a temporary residence permit. However there is no minimum residence time required in Cyprus. Once the property is purchased the clients can fly back to their country and they will be issued with a multipleentry visa allowing them to enter Cyprus as often and as many times as they like. After a short period no more than 2 months, applicants will receive from the government of Cyprus their Permanent Residence. The permit applies to husband, wife and all children under the age of 18, however for unmarried dependent children older than 18 to 25 years a separate application can be submitted. The Cyprus Permanent Residence is for lifetime.
