Who We Are
•
Incorporating more than 10 years of marketing and research expertise
through its staff, Field Insights has been established in 2002 as the first
specialized fieldwork agency in Romania.
•
The company’s goal is to provide our Clients (Research and Consulting
Agencies) with a full range of reliable, professional field services in order
to help them develop their business operations.

Who We Are

We do not perform market research design or analyses for end clients and
therefore we do not compete with the Research Agencies who commission
the fieldwork to us. We help them!

By our affiliation to ESOMAR, AIMRI, SORMA and MRS (The Market Research
Society – UK) we also adhere to the ICC/ESOMAR rules and regulations
related to conducting market research and opinion surveys.

Extensive Fieldwork Resources
•
We have developed a nationwide network of highly trained interviewers.
•
A Field Manager and 5 Project Managers backed up by 2 Regional
Managers and 47 City Managers coordinate the fieldwork and supervise a
network of over 2,000 active interviewers.
•
The network covers all cities above 50,000 inhabitants with local personnel
(interviewers, checkers and supervisors) and is currently the widest active
network available in Romania.
Quality Control Capabilities
•
A separate team ensures continuous Quality Control operations for each
project and for each particular interviewer.
•
Our commitment to fieldwork quality is backed up by our “100% Quality
Control” policy which ensures the highest standard of our data collection
services – versus the industry average of 15%-20%.

Our Resources
Dedicated CATI Facility
•
Our Call Center includes a dedicated CATI facilities with 52 workstations
located in Bucharest.
CAPI Resources
•
We have also invested in CAPI capabilities and are currently one of the very
few agencies in Romania who has resources for conducting large scale
CAPI projects.
•
Our technology resources include up to 50 laptops that we use to conduct
research project using this methodology.
Focus Group Facility
•
Our state-of-the-art Focus Group Facility is currently the most advanced
available in Romania offering, besides the traditional one way mirror viewing
facility:
- simultaneous translation
- digital / DVD / VHS recording

Data Entry and Data Processing
•
Extensive Data Input Capabilities have also been developed through our
network of specialized data input operators. We are able to process up to
10,000 questionnaires per day which translates in fast delivery of the project
results.

often appointed as the coordinating agency for multicountry projects in Eastern
