Location: low density of settlements, remoteness, no real
regional centre, inadequate infrastructure, weak educational
and health infrastructure
❖
Economy: mono structured, small enterprises, high
unemployment, low investments, weak GDP, less
innovation and high tech industry.

Demographic: migration, overageing, brain drain, low level
of education
