estimated at 5.2 Billion Euro with an average annual growth rate
of 5.9 percent. This GDP contributes to the 14% of the country’s
GDP which amounts at 200 Billion Euro.
3. The per capita GDP for Kuala Lumpur is 12.600 Euro. The total
employment in Kuala Lumpur is estimated at around 838,400.

Malaysia Kuala Lumpur’s Stormwater Management and Road Tunnel (SMART),
which opened in 2007, is a unique solution to the Malaysian capital’s long-term
traffic and stormwater management problems.

The government encourages green building market growth through Green
Technology Financing Scheme (GTFS).
•
Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), developed a 25 years initiative: Green
Technology and Water, the National Green Technology Policy, the National
Climate Change Policy.

The Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) will establish a smart partnership with the
Forest Research Institute of Malaysia (FRIM).

DBKL and FRIM are identifying the method needed to rejuvenate the Bukit
