City Ten Year Plans
Denver
Currently working with the City of Denver to help
define and set up a process for ongoing outcome
evaluations for their ten year plan.
Monitoring Outcomes – To determine results of
funding provided to agencies for increased
services and housing.
Outcome measures – Over time is progress being
made?
Performance evaluation – comparing actual
outcomes with desired outcomes.
