Goal of this document
• Describe the behavior of the LED-Display,
taking into account the version of its
firmware
• Provide a troubleshooting guide
This presentation contains animations. Use the printable version if
necessary.
Introduction
• A complete system includes a LED Display, a
CBox, sensors and cables
• Software version of the CBox v3.4.3 or later
• Power 12-24V DC >20W
Start – Self-Test
Switch on the system

Troubleshooting
• Symptom: The self-test does not start
If the CBox does not start:
- Check the power and/or voltage of the machine’s cigarette lighter socket
- Check the inside fuse of the system’s cigarette lighter plug
- Check the cables and holders
• Symptom: The self-test stops prior to the end

Switched on, check the batterie and the quality of the contactes (oxydation?)
• Symptom: There is a message on the CBox screen, indicating a
communication problem with the LED Display or a warning
message 'No response, check the connector!' in the menu
