To be accurate, any in-motion weighing system must
be able to compensate for the radial motion of the
idler and the movement of the material itself.
Constant compensation for radial motion is necessary,
otherwise this force will be interpreted as additional
weight.
The ArchWeigh Electronic Digital HP Belt Scale is
the solution to accurate, affordable, in- motion
weighing.
As opposed to compensating for the external force
imposed on scales, by natural conveyor variances,
the ArchWeigh scale accurately measures these forces
and eliminates them automatically from the material
weight measurement. The result is accurate weight
measurement without costly scale Tech's or recalibrating production stops.
