Endocrine and Podiatric surgery.

Introduce new Surgery Type
•
Please go to Data spreadsheet and add surgery type C
(Orthopaedic), D (Podiatric) and E (Endocrine) to the formula in
Column H.
•
Please change cell B90, B91, B92 to C, cell B93, B94, B95 to D,
and cell B96, B97, B98 to E. The Surgery Description (Column H)
should be updated accordingly.
2.
Measure the performance
•
Please go to Dashboard spreadsheet and update the “Average
Revenue and Profit” chart to reflect the new surgery type.
•
Can you develop a new chart to demonstrate the performance of
the new surgery type in terms of actual stay and margin?
