
They live in North America and

What do they eat ?
They eat plants, reeds, wood, leaves and bark.

A beaver is a large rodent that lives in the water.
What are there enemies?

There enemies are wolvess, bears and foxes.

They can go under water for 15 minutes and not come
out for air.
When they sense there is danger it splashes its tail hard
down to warn other beavers to be careful.
The beaver scratches at the bark. It gnaws through one
side. It gnaws through the other side. The tree falls.
A beaver grooms itself with it claws.
The beaver grips the branch tightly with its front claws.
