need water for absorbing nutrition
The soil absorbs the water, and the roots
absorb the water from the soil
Absorbs from the roots, then spreads to
the whole plant
Do Plants Breathe?
“Inhales”
and “exhales” through leaves
The plant gets oxygen from the air
through pores called stomata
Do Plants Have Babies?
The
babies of plants are seeds
The female part of a plant lays eggs
(seeds) and the plant will store them in
the ovary to protect them
