A Walk in a
New Springtime
And all the land lay bare.
It’s time for all Wisconsinites
To come out and enjoy the delights
Wisconsin’s Winter
of the wonderful new Springtime
Snow has gone…..
that is in the air.
The Grass
is turning
green,
speckled
with
dandelions
golden
hue.
The Reflection of the sky so blue
makes one’s Springtime dreams
come true !
The trees stand tall in
all their glory, with
flowers and leaves
brighter than in the
Fall.
The new Springtime
in the air beckons
with the call:
“Come outside
without care or worry
and enjoy the
splendor of it all.”
What could be more pleasant
for those of us who fear the present,
than a Springtime walk in this world of chaos
while trying to harmonize one’s own thoughts
with the hope and the beauty
that the new Springtime has brought?
The beauty and
freshness of
Spring has
sprung upon our
soul. All around
us God’s new
creation speaks
to us loud and
bold of what He
expects of us in
this world that
has grown so
cold.
This new Springtime
could signify a rebirth;
An end to the tragedies
that have befallen us here
on earth.
