Web/SNMP Management Card
• Provides standards-based Management:
– Web browser
– SNMP support
– Telnet support
• Can configure, monitor, and control APC UPSs
unit, and can shut down multiple PowerChute
Network Shutdown clients
• Can send SNMP traps and SMTP emails
directly to warn of power events
Web card uses MD-5 authentication

You can configure low-battery setting, etc:
Web card includes an event log to view power events
All the same information can be accessed/controlled via
telnet (a favorite tool of many network administrators)
Web Card now has SMTP e-mail Capability
Paging Support
• Customers can use the Web Card’s SMTP
Email Support to send pages via a gateway
at their paging service.

Specific Feature Details
• Supports shutdown based on time on battery or
low battery
• Web/SNMP Card can find out the longest time
needed for all systems, wait, and then turn off
UPS
• Supports running a command file before
shutdown for customization
