Suggestions
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
Intro page with a great photo, your name and either "Media Kit" or "Media/Speaker Support
Document"
Bio Page - Include a short bio (3-4 sentences) and a long bio (3 paragraphs) plus a few photos of
you speaking, at the book signing, etc
Media Page - Include media you've been on, image icons are best and you can also write it out,
and include 2-3 photos of you on TV being interviewed
Speaking Engagements - Include a list of your major talks and a list of the clients/venues you've
spoken in front of; also make sure to add 1-2 photos of you on stage talking (People en Espanol
photos are great)
Contact Information - website, social media links, I would refrain here from giving specific numbers
of social media links because that will continue to increase...you could however, say something like
"reaching a combined social media presence of over ____ thousand as of 2015" OR "reaching tens
of thousands of people in the U.S. and Latin America
•
For the 1-sheet what I suggest is:
1.
2.
Your logo and "Media Kit" or "Media/Speaker Support Document"
Include a short bio (1 paragraph)
3.
Include media you've been on, image icons are best here and depending on space you can also
write it out
Speaking Engagements (if you're doing a speaking supplement) Include a list of your major talks
and a list of the clients/venues you've spoken in front of
2-3 photos of you. Depending on space, I suggest 1 of your headshots, 1 of you on stage talking
and 1 of you being interviewed.
