Requirements:
• Media Studies students need to submit coursework only as PDF.
• Once submitted students have no access to work or resubmission.
• Staff need submitted course work organised by class and student.
Solution:
• Create two document libraries in the department site, ‘Dropbox’
and ‘Submitted’.
• ‘Dropbox’ has contribute permissions for staff and students.
• ‘Submitted’ has contribute for staff and full control for
SharePoint/system (no access for students)
• Use SharePoint Designer to build workflow ( with additional
workflows from Codeplex)
