Political dialogue
The EU aims to promote peace, stability and economic development in the
Western Balkans and open up the prospect of EU integration.
In follow-up to the Paris agreement, a more effective mainstreaming of
climate change in EU external aid must be backed by strong political
engagement through the EU’s climate diplomacy action plan.
