Yoga works the entire body
In most sports, you tend to use only about 10 % - 15 % of
the body, whereas yoga covers every muscle, joint and
organ. Yoga will oxygenate your blood as you do your
practice, creating more energy when you finish the
exercise as opposed to depleting the body of it. You work
