education in Gannan

Ganzhou Jiangxi. It’s tens
years of working in sports
training as a Weightlifting
player, but ,I have taken in
Weightlifting training study
from 2001 in the insititute of
physical education
Shanghai. At that time, my
experimenters were
Weightlifting althers in the
insititute of physical
education Shanghai, now
my country’s team, most
Weightlifting althers have
been put in also, for
example, Qiu Hongmei, Liu
Chunhong, Xiongli ect.
Now I have sharing with us about my studying.

1 the purpose of study
No balancing of muscle strength and tensility that athletes have
been trainned for long times to body’s changing of some sport
activity it lead to joint’s unsteadiness or departue to injuries etc,it
leads to declining of physical fitness. Through relieving sore have
rest ,keeping some level of movement for to cure ,as well as to
training. Furthermore, no resolving basic problem only curing,but
no balancing of muscle strength hadn’t solved. Athletes havn’t
trained for continuing. For this study to propose sports training and
fitness simultaneously, it is Training Theroy Double helix’s model
of sports physical fitness.

2 Method of Research
By the method of interview to expert, training
practice of oneself, investigation of individual
cases, analysia of synthesis to study on training
sports and fitness. For Double helix’s model of
sports physical fitness and Double helix’s model
of body.
3 Result of Study
 It continues that parallel and entwine
each other, obtained the model of
Double helix’s model of body.
“Outside helix’s model” of double
helix’s model of sports physical
fitness that professionalism adaptive
capacity of strength,speed,endurance
and flexile in athletic contest and
training.

model of sports physical fitness that
function changing of viscera, ability of
blood circulation and adjust of nervous
system

adaptive
organism

opposability.

direct favorable training.
4 Conclusion

fitness that professionalism adaptive
