Present Progressive
Use be with –ing verbs to indicate
temporary and current happenings.
What’s present progressive?
• Use the present
progressive for any
activity that is
happening now.
• Example: Today we
are studying the
present progressive.
• Not: Today we study
the present
progressive.

the present progressive?
