Mandatos formales
Formal Commands

 Formal commands are often referred to as polite
commands because they are used to be polite or
express respect when telling someone to do
something.
To make formal commands:
 Start with the yo form of the present indicative.
 Drop the -o ending.
 Add the following endings:
 -ar verbs: -e (for Ud.), -en (for Uds.)
 -er and -ir verbs: -a (for Ud.), -an (for Uds.)

Negative formal commands
No verb changes!
RID pronounds are placed
before the verb.
