Mission Statement
 The Lotus Institute is a Think Tank/Outreach organization,




dedicated to ending the oppressive system of Racism and White
Supremacy, and replacing it with a system of Justice.
The Lotus Institute’s philosophy is based on Buddhist principals,
and was founded by Claude Conkrite to create value, help solve
the problems of, and find solutions to, the socio-economic issues
the black community faces on a day to day basis.
The Lotus Institute is dedicated to helping all people, regardless
of race, creed, religion, gender, disability, or economic status.
The Lotus Institute is not affiliated with any other Buddhist sect,
or organization.
The Lotus Institute is a 501.c3 non profit corporation.

People around the country say,
they wont stay in shelters.
Tents are good for fair weather, But
in cold, rain, and snow, you need
insulated, heated, shelters.

This is about what my first model will look like. We
plan to live in it . I will add on to it and eventually it
will be a three story luxury house.
All of the homes will be equipped with the latest solar
system for off the grid power, instant hot water
heaters, all appliences, A full bath with shower with a
compost toilet, heat, air conditioning, RV hookups
for shore power, gray and black water hoses. Led
lighting, and they will be fully furnished.
All for about $10,000 per unit.
I estimate that from the stats the HUD Rep gave, at
about 90 to 100 people, we could do it for
$5000.000.00
No section 8, just space on a couple of those motel
lots you are generating by tearing them down.
Temporary space.
By not paying Rent, or most utilities, they can save up
and buy a space in a park or just find some vacant
land to buy.
Curb Appeal, Flexability, Price.
Both are good for different
applications.
