Introduction
Civil society funding is integral component to ensure Namibia remains
on track to meet global targets in particular 90 – 90 – 90 and
Sustainable Development Goals.
Nationally the attainment of VISION 2030, Harambee Prosperity Plan
and National Development Plans require multi-sectoral approaches
informed by evidence and shared responsibility to achieve inclusive
public health for all citizens irrespective of economic status, sex, age
or creed –we need to follow a life-cycle approach to HIV to fast-track
Namibia is a beacon of hope for the world through her examplary
leadership and political commitment
