SUMMARY
•UNESCO’s invitation to debate the
pedagogic plan in Paris.
• Beginning of 4-year term: only 22
• students in College;
• Sergipe’s project was praised for the
“well succeded strategic improving public
school quality in Sergipe that was used as
model in other parts of the world”.
• 4 years later this number went
• up to 1215 + 2040 = 3.245 students
• A 147 fold increase, correcting a
• terrible discrimination
against poor students that
before couldn’t afford to go
to college.
