These characteristics impact our adaptation to survive in environment. Examples: Examples: Female choice Females choose which males to mate with, how long to mate, and even whose sperm will fertilize her eggs Examples of Adaptations to help with Natural and Sexual Selection elephant seals fight over territories Katydids have camouflage to look like leaves. Non-poisonous king snakes mimic the warning coloration of poisonous coral snakes. Examples of Adaptations to help with Natural and Sexual Selection Orchids fool wasps into “mating” with them.
