What is Gravity?

Mass vs. Weight
Your weight on the moon would be about onesixth of your weight on Earth, but your mass
would be the same.

• When you use the bathroom scale, you
are measuring the gravitational force
between your body and Earth…so, you
are measuring your weight, which should
be given in newtons!
