AFTEL is an international trade facilitation and project build, design and finance firm with focus on the Industrialization of Africa and
financing of Sub-Saharan African projects. Founded in 2003, and headquartered in Washington D.C, with offices in Nigeria, Gabon,
Cameroon and Sierra Leone, AFTEL has established a record of excellence for its work with a diverse set of projects in different economic
sectors.
AFTEL provides strategies and financial solutions for projects focused on the industrialization and growth of Africa with integrated actions
that can be rapidly executed. Founded on the principle to expand trade between African nations, the United States and Asia by taking
advantage of unilateral, bilateral and multilateral agreements, such as AGOA, AFTEL has evolved and has expanded its objectives to
industrialization and finance in Sub-Saharan Africa, filling the void left by the banking system and international financial institutions.

REFINERY FINANCING IN FOCUS
AFTEL explores a wide range of solutions in financing, design,
engineering, and sourcing for the energy sector in Africa. In
addition, AFTEL is aware of changing product specifications and

relating to oil/gas and electricity production in the energy sector

appropriate line of credit accessible for the realization of the project as

AFTEL with its network of partners, financial institutions and construction companies and housing specialist, has devised a methodology to
build socio-economic housing projects at a large scale without any strain on the country, state or government agency’s budget. We can
deliver thousands of high quality housing to African Governments and their agencies, raising all financing in Africa and without affecting the
terms of payment of the Country.

and workers. AFTEL acts as an agent in directing and coordinating construction activities carried under separate or multiple prime contracts.

There is a need for a mixed housing development plan in
developing African countries. AFTEL and Partners can satisfy the
countries desire to expand and develop its housing base. AFTEL
exploits its array of partners from the USA , Asia and Europe to
implement the process. The technology utilized is the best at the
least cost to the State , the homeowner and taxpayers in general
without compromising excellence. With the experience it has
developed in its projects in Gabon , where it is facilitating 15,000
units with a client firm and its extensive experience in
industrialization and finance gained over the years in Africa and the
USA, AFTEL believes that it has a financial solution and the
construction team to satisfy the housing need for other countries.
AFTEL intends to turn this project into an African wide initiative
