System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
 Caution: Techs supporting should not log on the Media player:
 SCCM Remote Control & Remote Desktop are both available on the Seneca
players, with Windows 8.1. Techs won’t be able to validate playback as it will only
show a desktop screen and not the content playing. (CC Techncial Support
Functions only; FOC)
 If CC Tech Support SCCM remote control’s into the device and stops the player
software what will be seen via the SCCM Remote control session will be showing
on every TV on the TV wall.
 If CC Tech Support performs Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) into a player it will
stop the player and show a windows “Control + Alt + Delete” screen on every TV,
so both of these aren’t recommended during normal store business hours; unless
a Tech is onsite to troubleshoot.
 CC Support Techs can verify if the TV wall is playing content by looking at the
PTZ camera in Electronics via TVS to see; if it playing content or call the store
directly and speak with a Team Member (TM) in Electronics.
