How do decide on subnets?

The IP Address 192.168.0.0 has two octets
of network prefix and two octets of network
suffix. That means that the subnet mask is
255.255.0.0
Compute and record the address mask in
dotted decimal notation if the third octet is
used for subnet addressing.
