Dipu Ghosh: Is the CEO and Co-founder of Rhonet Technologies Inc. Is a
member in the board of Avon Technologies.
 He has 25 years of

He leads a team of more then 30 Associates in the development and
reliability engineering of Intelligent network products with Bell Laboratories.
He managed the development of the first distributed Network Database
Application, a $22 million project in less than 12 months.
In 6 years of occupation the application has performed with a 100% uptime.
He lead architecting the ISDN interface for a SS7 signalling network and
developed the connection oriented SS7-SCCP protocol in ANSI and CCITT
standards.
 He taught for 2 years to the R&D community in the area of convergence of
networks, content, delivery networks and 3G wireless.
 He holds a PHD degree in Electrical Engineering from U Conn and a MBA
degree from Ohio University.

Dushant Lall: An engineer from BITS Pilani, has 25 years of experience in Information technology
industry . He is also a member in the Board of Directors.
 He had started his career in TCS , the largest IT company of India .
During his stint in TCS , he has seen and worked on the early IBM machines to the latest
Pentiums .
 He finally quit from from Tata Steel , the largest integrated steel manufacturer (the second lowest
cost producer in the world) , as its CIO .
Ashok Nandi: MBA, cost accountant, CFA, is one of the founder member of the company.
He has spent 12 years in financial services industry. He has rich experience in Project financing,
investment banking, fund based financing etc.
He has worked for reputed companies like CEAT Financial Services Ltd, RPG group company,
and L&T FINANCE LTD and pioneered structure financing in Infrastructure funding.
He currently strategies for tie-ups, alliance and working relationships. He is also critically
responsible for evolving a vision for the company and providing direction.
THE TEAM
Umesh Agarwal: Commerce graduate from University of Andhra Pradesh, is one of the founder member
of the company.
Umesh brings with him the rich experience of business development and marketing for the last 9 years
at Avon Organics Ltd.
Umesh currently spearheads the marketing and business development efforts of the company.
Ambika Prasad Das: An engineer from REC Rourkela, is one of the founder members of the company.
He has ten years of experience in the software industry.
 He has been primarily engaged in designing, development of software in telecom space for reputed
organization.
 He has spent his time with HCL Information Systems and Satyam Computers etc.
 In his last stint with Satyam, he has been primarily responsible for design, implementation of the entire
IT systems for FASCEL, a cellular operator in Gujarat and PALTEL in Israel.
 Now spearheading the IT Program Management and implementation of mobile applications for SIAM
Motors a group of 49 companies in Bangkok.
 He is responsible for marshalling the technical resources, review the output, and provide the muchneeded technical guidance.

Anupam Srivastava : He is a B.E. Mechanical Engineer from A.M.U Aligarh.and certified E-Commerce
professional from IBM. He started his career with as Production Engineer and has been working for
Larsen & Toubro Limited for past 10 years in Sales and Marketing of Specialized Engineering Solutions
. He worked as Project Manager in IT Company has been leading the on-site technical team as single
window interface for client for End-to-End deliveries of projects.His expertise includes business
articulation, deep understanding mapping business processes, transforming in IT applications, Business
negotiations and customer relationship are his domain knowledge. Currently at Avon he is General
Manager- Marketing for business development,Customer relationship and an with technical team to
transform business need into revenue.Contribute in formulation of new product/ services design and
development, enhancements.
Rohit Arjaria : He is a B.E. Computer Science from R.E.C. Rourkela. He started his career with TCS
and has been working for Lucent Technologies for past 3 years. He has been leading the on-site
technical team at Lucent Technologies. His expertise includes telecom applications, 5ESS switches,
Prepaid card implementation and telecom system design. Currently at Avon he is responsible for new
product/ services design and development, enhancements in the area of different communication
channels and wireless applications.

Flexware is built on J2EE platform and thus is OS
independent . For Ex Organon can initially implement Flexware
with its existing system and later on integrate with any other
system. The Flexware solution will involve very little changes
due to changes in Platforms .
Auto program generator allows changes to be made to the
SFA solution like generating new templates , adding new fields
in the existing templates , other changes at the click of the
button
Provides efficient Business rules engine to map the current
requirements and can be modified as and when required.

the level of access to information/data store.
