What To Expect When We Arrive
 Pre-Installation Survey
 Telecom will survey to determine what type of phones
and where
 Survey will discuss upgrades as necessary
 Qwest student helpers will place and “TAPS” phones
 Phones will be placed on desktops, and connected to
the data network.
 Phones will be registered to the Call Manager
 Training will be provided
 Probably two separate “hands-on” training sessions.
 Lasts roughly 90 minutes, with play time.
 Phones will be converted to the new system with the
completion of training.
