What To Expect When We Arrive
Pre-Installation Survey
Telecom will survey to determine what type of phones
and where
Survey will discuss upgrades as necessary
Qwest student helpers will place and “TAPS” phones
Phones will be placed on desktops, and connected to
the data network.
Phones will be registered to the Call Manager
Training will be provided
Probably two separate “hands-on” training sessions.
Lasts roughly 90 minutes, with play time.
Phones will be converted to the new system with the
completion of training.
