Green Technology
• Time-based PoE : Shuts down power automatically during off-work hours.
• Smart Fan*: By default, switch is set to low fan speed with low power
consumption. As long as the ambient goes beyond defined temperature, the
smart fan will automatically switch to high fan speed.
Flexible PoE Specification
• 802.3af compliance : All ports are capable of supplying power to power
devices(PDs) up to 15.4Watts
• 802.3at compliance* : Port 1 – 4 is capable of supplying power to power
devices up to 15.4Watts or 30Watts. More suitable for SMB to connect with
high power PDs.

Product Overview
The following table shows the amount of energy you can save
in a scenario where 24pcs of DAP-2553(11n AP) are connected
to DES-1210-28P. Each DAP-2553 consumes 7.82w and the
power saving a day is based on a standard workday of 10
hours powered on and 14 hours powered off. If the DES-121028P is enabled with time-based PoE, it can achieve up to 53%
saving per day or 64% saving per week.
