clinical quality measures
– (CQMs) and list patients by diagnoses
– EPs are required to report on 3 mandatory clinical measures and then

• Exempt specific patients from reports generated from the database
• Sort patients by 10 categories and search the database for still-open
encounter notes
• Create and send form letters to the list of selected patients.
