Lesson 03 :
Creating Database
At the end of this lesson, students
should be able to:
• Form by using wizard :
Add record, Edit record
• Query by using wizard
• Report by using wizard
Create Form
1. Open Microsoft Access 2003
2. Click Open an Existing Database, then click file students profile
and click OK.
3. In the database window, click Form and double click Create
Form by using wizard.

4. Click double arrow to select Available Fields

Add Records
1. Open Microsoft Access 2003
2. Click Open an Existing Database,then click file students
profile and click OK.
3. In the database window, double click students profile in
the Tables pane to open the table in Datasheet view, as
shown in Figure 9.

4. To add new record, click on icon New Record
that
can be seen at database toolbar or at the bottom of
datasheet window (refer Figure 9).
