patient’s need for the goal

since 2/3 of denials are based on medical

to functional changes, why have
therapy?, medical dx alone doesn’t say
what we are doing for the patient

explain why progress may be slower

Dynamometer, Functional Reach Test,
MMT, RPE (rating of perceived exertion),
