overall health

• Smoking: None
Periodontal Examination
• Probing depths: 3-9mm pockets
• Mobility: #8, #9 (Grade 3), #10
(Grade 2), and #7 (Grade 1)
• Recession: Maxillary anteriors:#6,
#7, #8, #9, #10, and #11
Diagnosis
• Periodontal Diagnosis: Generalized
moderate chronic periodontitis and
localized severe chronic peridontitis With
bleeding on probing (Patient may have had
aggressive periodontitis when he was
younger)
Periapical X-rays
Frontal Maximum Intercuspation
Patient expectations
• He would like to address the pockets
in the posterior teeth and then
address the upper maxillary anterior
teeth
• He would like to have implants and
“something fixed”
