10mg/day가 될때까지 매주
2.5mg/day씩 감량

Transition schedules that allow the patient to

In general minimal benefits
Long acting agents like glyburide and glimiperide will
have minimal effect on post prandial hyperglycemia
and increase risk of fasting hypoglycemia.
The use of rapid-acting drugs such as repaglinide,
nateglinide, and acarbose all make physiological
sense but in clinical practice often are ineffective.
