Co-Teaching
This classroom is a co-teaching classroom, where two
teachers provide instruction to all students. At different
points of the period this class will look like:
– One teacher leads the lesson and one teacher assists the
students.
– One teacher works with a large group, while the other teacher
works with a small group of students.
– At times, the class will be divided in half. Both teachers are
teaching the same lesson at the same time to two different groups
of students.
– Students will work at stations. Two stations will be led by the two
different groups of teachers.
– One teacher leads while the other models or demonstrates or
adds additional information.
