Competence
… is defined as “how experienced,
informed, skilled, or intelligent one
appears to be.”
Trust
… is defined as “how honest, openminded, fair or unselfish one seems.”

Believability… your evaluation
Is your competence value-added?
Does it have competence + expertise?
Does your framing assist the
problem-solving process?
Do you facilitate better understanding?
Is there increased quality or efficiency of the
problem-solving process?

Do you earn the respect of others through a
unique capacity to envision better?
