The Communication Circle has six steps

Having the idea – you think about
something you would like to say.

2. Creating the message – you think
about how you would like to express your
message.

3. Sending the message – you speak, or
transmit the message in some way.
Communication Circle
4. The message is received – the
receiver has to hear your message.

5. The message is analyzed – the person
has to analyze and understand what you
are saying.

6. The message is understood –
hopefully your message will be correctly
understood, but remember that this does
not always happen.
