– December frame had NSA data processed.

– NL received emails back implying that GGH equals UCI.

 What to do when NL suggest that UCI is not NL but for
example FR, because in NL legal unit is an empty shell
and FR says that their legal unit is also a empty shell.
Who is responsible for the next layer? NL, FR or
Eurostat.
 Confidentiality problems in sending emails?
 Standard format needed for communication.
 Tooling needed for sending and monitoring UCI
communication
