Diversity Foray© : Culture, Style, Gender,
Generation
• Walk over to that flip chart
• Form groups of three.
• As a group, select a scenario from your handout,
or a real life scenario of your choice.
• Have one person be the Client, one the Coach,
the third person the Observer.
– Clients, stay in character for that scenario.
– Coaches, try and apply the principles we discussed in
the session.
– Observers, give useful and constructive feedback
