What is Mentorship?
Simply put, mentorship is a relationship between
two people, one of whom is more experienced or
knowledgeable about a topic. The basis of any
good mentoring relationship is communication,
openness and a willingness to share.
The mentee
Mentee: a person who is advised, trained, or
counseled by a mentor; must be willing to share
needs and be open to receiving advice. Must
not be afraid to ask questions and reach out for
help when needed.
Role of a mentor
