Liberty Bell
The Liberty Bell is located in
Philadelphia’s State House. It was
rung to celebrate the adoption of
the Declaration of Independence.
Eagle
The eagle is a symbol of the
United States. It stands for the
idea of freedom. All men and
women in the U.S. are free and
have equal rights.
White House
This is where our President of
the U.S. lives. He is the head of
our national government. It is
located in our nation’s capital,
Washington, D.C.
Capitol Building
The U.S. Capitol is also located
in Washington, D.C. It is
where Congress meets.
