DB Alert works as a database-to-email bridge that

your Oracle database to virtually anywhere

Sending email and network messages is as simple as calling single
db_alert function from within any valid SQL statement.

can simultaneously serve unlimited number of database
systems

This multi-threading allows single point of configuration, management and audit tracking
for all DB Alert activity
For every configured database system DB Alert starts an independent daemon process in
a separate thread

DB Alert can run on any Win95/98/NT/2000 system having SQL*Net 2.x or Net8.
Configuring DB Alert for any Oracle database is as simple as specifying database
connection parameters in the DB Alert options.
DB Alert provides extensive audit tracking. All processed alert messages can be
optionally logged to console, and also printed.
