Sir Charles Spencer "Charlie Chaplin, KBE (born
Charles Spencer« Charlie »Chaplin; April 16,
1889 - December 25, 1977) was an English
actor, screenwriter, composer and director, the
universal master of cinema, the creator of one
of the most famous images of World Cinema image Charlie's tramp, appeared in short
comedies set on stream in 1910 at the
Keystone Studios. Chaplin actively employed
the techniques of mimicry and buffoonery,
although since 1920 in his work were held
much more serious social issues than it was in
the early period of short films. Beginning in
April 1914 Chaplin began to act as director and
screenwriter most of the films with their own
participation, since 1916 he also produced
films, and since 1918 - wrote the music.
Agatha Mary Clarissa Mallouen, DBE (born
Agatha Mary Clarissa, Lady Mallowan), nee
Miller (born Miller), better known by the name
of her first husband as Agatha Christie
(September 15, 1890 - January 12, 1976) British novelist.
Is among the world's most famous writers of
detective fiction and is one of the most
published writers in the history of mankind
(after the Bible and Shakespeare ).
Christy has published more than 60 detective
novels, 6 psychological novels (under the
pseudonym Mary Westmacott or Vestmakott)
and 19 collections of short stories. 16 of its
plays were staged in London .

translated into over 100 languages.
Mark Twain (born Mark Twain, real name
Samuel Clemens Lenghorn (born Samuel
Langhorne Clemens); 30 November 1835, the
village of Florida (Missouri) - April 21, 1910,
Redding (Conn.), is buried in Elmira (NY ) - a
prominent American writer, journalist and
social activist. His work spans many genres realism, romanticism, humor, satire,
philosophical fiction, journalism, etc., and all
these genres, he has consistently taken the
position of a humanist and democrat.
At his peak he was probably the most popular
figure in America. William Faulkner wrote that
he was "the first truly American writer, and all
of us since then - his heirs, and Ernest
Hemingway wrote that" all modern American
literature comes from one book by Mark Twain
called "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn "."
