One Student - Bring a slide up and tweezers to the table and prepare a wet mount of Elodea leaf. Slide, Elodea leaf (correct side up), Drop of Pond Water, Cover Slip. (5 Minutes) to prepare slide. Set your total power to 100x (10x eyepiece * 10x objective lens = 100x) Limit your microscope time to 1 minute (7 Minutes) focus up and down through the leaf.
