ANTICIPATION GUIDE AND MESSAGE
On the anticipation guide on the red bulletin board by my desk, put a check mark in the “Before” column
beside any statements with which you agree using the Sharpies at your table.
When you are done, use the small whiteboard at your table to write a message to Mr. Cason, the head
custodian. He is retiring at the end of this month, and Mr. Laney is going to record our responses to make
a video for Mr. Cason.
Write a message of thanks to Mr. Cason however you prefer. It needs to fit on the whiteboard. Please use
black or blue Expo marker, and write neatly.
When Mr. Laney records you, you will hold up the whiteboard to display your message, and he will pan
around the room to record everyone’s responses.

PEER REVIEW
Log in to Google Classroom.
Read the Peer Review assignment, and open the documents. Ask Mrs. Fritzinger any questions
you have.
Open your paper. Pick a partner, and share your document with your partner.
Peer review your partner’s paper on Google Docs using the checklist. You may make comments
or highlight, but do not change your partner’s paper.
When you have finished peer reviewing, mark your assignment as complete in Google
Classroom. Then you may work on polishing your own paper.
