Facility: 8-story office building of TNK-BP oil company, with total floor area of
47,000 square meters including 5 underground levels, and workspace capacity of
2,800 people. Located in downtown Moscow.
Performed work:
Design, installation, commissioning, and integration of the installation systems
into a single building management system. We have installed and integrated the
following systems: ventilation, air-conditioning and climate control, cooling,
water supply and sewage, heating, power supply (general and uninterruptible),
light control, security, fire alarm, wastewater treatment, parking, telephone and
trunking communication, videoconferencing, etc.

united by a structured cabling system and controlled by the building management system.

operation, maintenance and support of all the engineering systems for the period of 4 years…

4* Marriott Hotel on Voznesensky Per. in Moscow
Facility: Hotel complex located in the historic part of Moscow consists of several 2- and 7story buildings with two underground levels. Total floor area is 12,000 square meters
including 218 rooms, several restaurants and cafes, administrative offices and underground
parking.
Performed work:
Feasibility study and design of the hotel building systems using proprietary concept of
‘Intelligent Building’. Development of draft and detailed design of each installation and
electronic system in the hotel, installation and commissioning of equipment, and integration
of all systems into a single building management system controlled from the single control
center.
Project start date : March, 2003.
Project completion date: 2005.

supply (general and uninterruptible), light control, telephone, broadcasting and interactive TV. All the systems are controlled by an
integrated building management system.

Project goal: Equipping of the office with engineering systems: ventilation, air-conditioning, power supply,

cultural areas «Mercury city-Tower» located in the 14th lot of MMDC
“Moscow-City”. A 322-meter-high building (with the spire it makes up
380 m) with five underground floors. In the building there are located
offices, apartments, retail areas and restaurants. The underground part
includes a car park, technical and trading areas.
