Notes:
1) The IVR uses Caller ID. When Dental Offices call and enter their Provider Tax ID the first time they will
not need to enter it again when they call back from the same phone number/line.
2) After completing each function, callers have the option to complete another transaction for a different
family member, different date of service, or different subscriber.
3) In certain circumstances, callers may be transferred to Customer Service (scenarios requiring special
handling, multiple pre-determinations found, etc.).
