Ordinary women wore a simple white linen tunic dress and had very few personal jobs
Rich women wore fine white linen dresses they would spend lots of time painting
their faces.

 The ancient Egyptians expressed their artistic genius in
various ways including beautiful paintings ,sculpture
and jewellery. Religion was at the core of their depicted
gods ,goddesses and pharaohs

seen. They did this using the simplest of tools.Their
gigantic pyramids and obelisks have survived for
thousands of years .However ,it is the pyramids that
demonstrates the true genius of the Egyptian
architecture

depended on the waters of the Nile for its survival.

The ordinary people of ancient Egypt were mostly farmers or peasants.
They planted and harvested the land owned by their pharaoh until the annual
Flooding of the Nile covered the fields for three month. During that time they were
Moved onto large scale building projects such as pyramid and temples.

Temples are the most important buildings in ancient Egyptian in an
Egyptian town.Theyre where the Gods live. The women priests wore a fine
White linen dresses and a rich head dress. They would spend 3 months in the temple
And then 3 months at home. They would wash twice a day and twice at night to be
nice and pure for the gods in the temple. They said prayers in the temple every day
For the pharaohs. They sang and danced in front of the monuments which was all
The god. They made medicines for the poor and the sick who came to the temple

On the fourth of November 1922 an archaeologist , Howard Carter discovered the
Hidden tomb of the Egyptian pharaoh Tutankhamen. Carter had been searching
Over 6 years in the valley of kings. Tutankhamen was just 8 when he became the
Pharaoh of Egypt. Tutankhamen died at the age of eighteen his body laid in a
tomb
